The 32nd edition of the Giro d'Italia Donne ended today in Cormòns. The winner of the Maglia Rosa 2021/ASG - ATHLETIC SPORTS GROUP is Anna van der Breggen (TEAM SD WORX) in 27h0’55”. Behind her, in the General Classification, second and third respectively, are teammates Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio at 1’43” and Demi Vollering at 3’25”. For the 2021 champion it is an undisputed poker: her victory in this edition is added to those of 2015, 2017 and 2020.

The Giro d'Italia Donne 2021 ends today, Sunday 11 July, at 12:15 with the Capriva del Friuli - Cormòns stage which is the tenth and last one of this 32nd edition, also valid for the Mountains Classifications. After the victory of Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio (TEAM SD WORX) during the queen stage Feletto Umberto-Monte Matajur, today the cyclists will have to ride for 113 km in a ring route that is covered in full once and in a reduced version for the following two times.

Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio (TEAM SD WORX) prevails in the Queen Stage of the 2021 edition of the Giro d'Italia Donne with a time of 3h52’35”. 122 kilometers traveled starting from Feletto Umberto and arriving in Monte Matajur (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) for a total height difference of 1,124 meters which made this stage the hardest of the international race.

Penultimate stage of the Giro d'Italia Donne: today Saturday 10 July, after the victory of Lorena Wiebes (TEAM DSM) of the San Vendemiano-Mortegliano leg, at 12.05 pm the Feletto Umberto-Monte Matajur stage kicks off, this year's queen stage valid for the mountains classification. There are in fact three GPMs in this race: the first is of third category at km 25 in Attimis, the next one is of second category in Stregna at km 80 and finally the summit of Matajur, where is finish line, is a first category GPM.

After the Colico-Colico stage won by Emma Norsgaard (MOVISTAR TEAM WOMEN), today, Thursday 8 July, at 12.15 pm the Soprazocco di Gavardo - Puegnago del Garda stage starts, the seventh of the Giro d'Italia Donne that concludes the competition in Lombardy and which includes 110 km in the province of Brescia, starting at an altitude of 272 m on the morainic hills west of Lake Garda and continuing in the direction of Benaco.
